Dakota ridge today, although I was not sledding today, the Brady bunch was and it must have been ok because they didn’t come back down for a long time! They left the lovely MONA with Scott and I to tend the fire. Snow has come and looks like it may stay to build a base this week.
ah bruce the brady bunch said there was about 3ft at the top of cardiac hill.the road from parking lot b to gate is very icy.chain would be a good idea
Had a nice conversion with Frank Ullmann. The section 57’s are moving forward in a possitive direction. Permission for gooming has been given. Let it Snow
To state the obvious, the snow is almost here.8 inches at Dakota warming shack yesterday.
Bye the way that was a good first meeting(AGM)for me,and nice to meet some new folks.I’m looking forward to learning some about the sport more from some of you vet’s!
If you are setting up any sort of work party, drop me a line and i will attempt to attend.Good luck all.
Les.

Members and non-members please join us at our clubs AGM November 4th 7:00 pm at the Daily Roast Sechelt. We will be having new director nominations and we could use some help in many categories. Did you know we have access to a groomer
Now? Yes we do… Think snow, I think we may receive a big pile this year!!!
went sleddding up dakota fri. there is still lots of snow you can ride from the gate on snow .there is about 8ft . know water on the lakes yet.will be heading back up on sunday .
Well, I guess we saved the best for last…Dakota ridge was almost (epic). Snow was 3ft without any hard crust, a little heavy but good.Weather was on and off sunny and everything else. Lots of club members and NON-members up for the day. The road was plowed, why we don’t know, because the “ridge” is now closed for the year. All-in-all it was a great day for all.
vp, Bruce
Lots of fresh pow up there, better take it while is here… early ride SAT. AM 7:00am be there!!!!
